Get setup info for Maik3r agents.
Maik3r helps small general contractors and their field workers log receipts, record labor hours, and exchange invoice notifications by text message. Public self-enrollment is not open. Access starts with a paid service setup, pilot, or future downloadable package.
If you are interested in Clipboard or another Maik3r agent, start with a short email. Maik3r will walk approved customers through account setup before SMS access is enabled.
What happens after you reach out
- Email Spokes@maik3r.com with the workflow you want to improve.
- Choose a pilot, service setup, or future downloadable package when available.
- Set up the contractor account, projects, users, and operating rules.
- Receive private SMS enrollment instructions for your approved team.
- Confirm each phone number before it receives job-related SMS messages.
What onboarded users may receive
Once an approved team member is enrolled, the Maik3r number may send:
- Receipt confirmations — when you text a photo of a job-site receipt, you'll get a short reply confirming the vendor, amount, and project it was logged to.
- Labor reminders — a morning text asking which job you're on, and an end-of-day text asking what time you wrapped.
- Invoice notifications — when an invoice is generated for a project you worked on.
SMS enrollment for approved users
After account setup, approved team members receive the correct Maik3r SMS number and may be asked to text JOIN from their mobile phone. Maik3r then sends a confirmation message describing the service, message frequency, and rates. Team members complete enrollment by replying YES.
How to opt out
Reply STOP (or any of UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT, STOPALL, REVOKE) to the Maik3r number at any time. You will stop receiving messages immediately. Re-enrollment is available only through an active Maik3r account.

Message frequency varies based on your job activity. Standard message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply. Maik3r does not sell or share your mobile number for marketing purposes.
